Library Bound’s hours of operation are from 8am to 5pm EST at our Waterloo facility. You can reach us at our Vancouver facility during the hours of 8 to 4 PST. Our customer service policy makes certain that our Libraries receive the highest level of service and that all material is received in a timely fashion with minimal errors.
